Camp Squanto Service Day on Saturday, April 29th

    • We have committed to supporting the “Camp Squanto Appreciation Day” on 4/29.
    • Jim and Brian will be heading to Squanto that morning and we can use both SCOUT and ADULT help! There is plenty of work for Scouts to do and we have been asked to help with some tasks that will require adults to perform specific tasks including operating a log splitter.
    • Lunch will be provided.
    • There’s no cost to attend but we are taking sign ups starting this week so we know how many people to expect.

Gym Night

  • Gym Night – THIS Wednesday night is the 2nd Wednesday of March
    • 6:30-8:15pm at First Church in Weymouth Heights, 17 Church Street
    • Why don’t you bring a friend?
    • PARENTS – Please do not leave your Scouts at the church before we have two adult leaders present. Please do not arrive before 6:30pm.
    • SCOUTS – Do you need to complete fitness retest requirements for Tenderfoot rank? How about Personal Fitness MB? Or the initial fitness tests for either! Gym Night is the perfect time and place to complete those requirements.

Febuary Gym Night

  • February Gym Night – This Wednesday night at First Church in Weymouth Heights, 17 Church Street
    • Bring a friend!
    • 6:30-8:15pm, enter on the right side of the building up the ramp and take the elevator down to the gym (or the stairs are at the other end of hallway)
    • Parents, please make sure we have TWO adults in the gym present before you drop off your Scout.
    • Scouts, if you have any outstanding advancement work, especially FITNESS related, Gym Night is a good place to work on that with us.
