Hey Troop 19,
We will meet tomorrow night at the Moose Lodge.
A reminder about our weather related meeting cancellation policy: If either the Weymouth or Braintree Public Schools are closed on a meeting day DUE TO WEATHER, we will automatically cancel the Troop meeting. We may also cancel a meeting if we deem it necessary. Any changes to our meeting plan will be announced ASAP via both this email list and our Remind texting list (join instructions for Remind are at the bottom of this email.) We’re keeping an eye on the weather for tomorrow night but as of now it appears we will wrap up our meeting before the snow starts to fall.
Our friends from Pack 19 have invited our Scouts to participate in their Pinewood Derby (date TBA), so if you want to participate, build a car! The first workshop already happened but there is another car workshop at the Moose Lodge NEXT Monday (3/6) from 5:45-6:30pm.
Are you coming to the March campout? Sign up now!
- Remind – In addition to our emails and Facebook page, we also use the Remind system to send out notifications to the Troop. This is primarily used by the youth leadership to send notices to Scouts in the Troop but all are welcome to sign up.
- To start receiving the text notices, text “@troop19wb” to 81010
