Good Evening Everyone,
First the not so great news:
The folks at the USS Constitution have informed us (see below) that we will not be staying over night due to the temperature.
But we will be able to visit the Constitution from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Saturday 11/2/24.
The Good News:
We will be meeting at the Moose Lodge at 8:00 AM. SHARP Saturday. I would like to roll out by 8:15 A.M and head to the Museum of Science. It should take us about 30 minutes to drive from the Moose Lodge to the MOS.
I have spoke with the folks at the Moose Lodge and we can leave cars there if we need to in the lot across the street.
We will spend the day there. Scouts you can invite your families to come with you. I have about 100 tickets and will hand them out at the MOS. For those that will be joining us later in the day please call my cell and I will meet you with your ticket.
We will meet at the MOS lobby at 3:15 P.M. SHARP to hike over to the USS Constitution. So bring a device that tells you the correct time of day for Boston Ma.
Remeber this is a Class A event.

So sign up for the camporee at the meeting tomorrow 9/9. Or email me by the end of the night.

- An email was sent out on 4/8 with the subject “KILTS FOR MAY CAMPOUT – Order Now!” Did you take care of this?
- Bags – Everyone should have

- A day pack. Like a small school backpack. You will carry this on the ferry and march with it so any snacks or water for the trip will go in it
- LABEL YOUR BAGS. Luggage tags would be a good idea.
- Full uniforms along with kilts for this campout.
- For Friday night dinner, please pack something to eat. You are not being fed by us or them on Friday night.
- CARPOOLING: We will start planning carpooling on Monday 4/22.
